Officer of the Day should be at the
clubhouse by 9.30am on normal sailing days and 8.30am on regatta
days. Boat Captain and Crew should be at the clubhouse at least 2
hours prior to the scheduled start of the first race and 8.30am on
regatta days. Note that outside of the Daylight Savings Period,
racing often commences at 12pm - check the Race Calendar. If for
some reason you cannot personally do your duty on your rostered
date, you must tell us! Please inform both the KCC Vice President
and the KCC Race Secretary. Want to do your duty on a particular
date? Contact the KCC Vice President with
the following information:- 1) Your boats name 2) Your name 3)
Your crew's name 4) Your first choice date 5) Your second or
alternative choice date 6) Your contact details (mobile phone and
email address).
