Annual General Meeting	Refer Race Calendar	After racing but not before 3pm at KCC
Committee Meeting	Generally 1st Thursday of the month, unless there is a General Meeting in the same month - Refer Secretary or President.	6pm at KCC unless advised otherwise.
General Meetings	Refer Race Calendar	Refer Race Calendar (Unless agreed and scheduled otherwise on the approved Race Calendar it should be held after racing but not before 3pm at KCC)
Working Bees	Refer Race Calendar	9am at KCC
