Duty Roster 2019 - 2020

Officer of the Day should be at the clubhouse by 9.30am on normal sailing days and 8.30am on regatta days. Boat Captain and Crew should be at the clubhouse at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled start of the first race and 8.30am on regatta days. Note that outside of the Daylight Savings Period, racing often commences at 12pm. Check the Race Calendar. Want to do your duty on a particular date? Contact the Vice President and they'll try and accommodate you (see the bottom of this web page). If for some reason you cannot do your duty on your rostered date and cannot arrange a swap yourself, contact the Vice President in the first instance AND  Race Secretary. If you do swap, you must tell us! For more information refer to our Description of Duties.

Please email the KCC Vice President the following information:- 1) Your boats name 2) Your name 3) Your crew's name 4) Your first choice date 5) Your second or alternative choice date and 6) Your contact details (mobile phone and email address). Please note that the KCC requires every registered boat including the regular skipper and crew to perform up to two duty days each season. This gives you the chance to nominate days that are convenient for you to perform your required duty day. Duty will be allocated on a first in gets first preference basis. No excuses anymore folks, this is your chance to pick the date(s) that suit you.
